Vegan protein pancakes - gf

These pancakes are vegan, gluten free, sugar free and super delicious!

Zutaten

  • 60 g buckwheat flour
  • 20 g vegan chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 10 g cocoa powder
  • 15 g erythritol or other sweetener
  • 1 tsp psyllium husk
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • 1/2 banana
  • 125-150 ml plant based milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional

Zubereitung

  1. Combine the dry ingredients.

  2. Add the wet ingredients and give them a good toss.

  3. Fry approx. 6 pancakes in a pan with a little coconut oil until golden brown on both sides
